Russell W. Beall is a founding partner in the Baton Rouge law firm of Beall & Thies LLC. His main emphasis of practice is on Civil Litigation including torts, product liability, premises liability and family law. Mr. Beall is a frequent guest speaker at Louisiana State University Law School where he participates in the Appellate Advocacy Program and Professionalism Orientation. He earned his B.A. degree at Louisiana State University (1998) and his JD at Louisiana State University Law School (2001). Mr. Beall is a member of the Board of Governors of the Louisiana Association for Justice and a member of the Louisiana State and Baton Rouge Bar Association. Mr. Beall is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars and has been acontributing author to several legal journals.

Mr. Beall has a highly successful “track record” in trial litigation, having won every jury trial he has maintained first chair position. Mr. Beall has participated in multiple cases where the judgment or settlement secured exceed 1 million dollars. Mr. Beall was born and raised in the Baton Rouge area. Mr. Beall’s father is a retired Pastor and his mother is likewise retired. Mr. Beall is a single father and currently resides in Livingston Parish with his son, Cameron. He enjoys golf, sporting events, cycling and martial arts training.
